The Bridal Seminar by The Powder Group

Makeup artist Johnny Lavoy, representing The Powder Group in New York, showed his bridal makeup techniques that were different to say the least. He doesn't use primer or concealer, and believes in layering liquid foundation with a foundation brush like Paula Dorf Foundation Brush to achieve coverage and then powdering with a foundation powder like Mac's Studio Fix to set. 

He also uses a lighter foundation than the skin under the eyes to highlight and conceal. Products he mentioned were Mac's Pigment in Tan for a glossy sheen to the eyes & he also recommended Mac's Fix+ to spray after makeup to set. When he was done, the makeup look was very simple, and natural.
